CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF A LODGING HOUSE

This is to certify that the premises situated at 3439 Dandaragan Road, Dandaragan

are registered as a lodging house and classified as-

* a lodging house;

* a short term hostel

* recreational campsite, or

* serviced apartments.

until 30 June 2025, on the following conditions-

1. That Redgum Village, whose name is entered on the register of keepers of the Shire of Dandaragan, continues to be the keeper of the lodging house;

2. That Gaylene Bradshaw, appointed by the keeper to be the manager of the lodging house, continues to be the manager of the lodging house;

3. That the certificate of registration is not cancelled or revoked;

4. That the maximum number of rooms to be used as sleeping apartments for lodgers is 91 and

5. That the maximum number of lodgers on the premises shall not exceed 110

This certificate of registration is issued subject to the Health Act and the Shire of Dandaragan Local Laws and is not transferable.
